The Bunker Lounge was an idea that originated by an enthusiast, who wanted to bring a new concept to the hookah community In Australia, by creating a lounge where you can experience the ever evolving market of hookah/shisha from around the world.

  • What can I expect When i visit The Bunker Lounge?

The Bunker Lounge is a place for all walks of life, interested in Hookah/shisha whether it’s their first time or experienced smokers to sit amongst others and enjoy the traditional ritual, with enjoyable music in the background, a drink in hand and all around happy experience.

  • Why did you call it The Bunker Lounge?

The name came from the idea that a bunker is a shelter for people to escape the war that exists. So our interpretation is that The Bunker Lounge, is a place that you can escape the daily life troubles for a few hours and have your “me” time whether it’s by yourself or with a friend.

  • I Love The Bunker Lounge, can i do my event there?

Why Yes of course, we can host your occasion at our place.

We can also help with organising anything you wish, from Food to decorations, from DJ’s to live bands and everything in between.

  • What are your open days and hours?

We are Currently operating 5 days a week from Wednesday to Sunday Night.

Our Current hours of operations are from 6pm till Late.

  • Where are you Located ? and do you have parking?

We are Located in the back roads of Chipping norton.

Unit 53 8-10 Barry road, Chipping Norton, NSW 2170

Since we are located in a warehouse complex, parking is plentiful.

 

  • Do we really need to book or can we just walk in?

Good question, we will always try and cater for every customer that walks our doors, but if we are having a busy night with a full house of bookings, then we have to unfortunately turn you away.

  • Is there food ? can i eat there?

At this stage, we don’t offer food, due to the current Health legislations that forbids smoking and eating at the same time

The outdoor smoking bans fall under the Smoke-free Environment Act 2000building on by-laws for smoke-free commercial outdoor dining areas as already adopted by many local councils.

What you need to know

Commercial outdoor dining areas in NSW are smoke-free.

Smoking and using e-cigarettes are banned within 4 metres of a pedestrian entry or exit from a hospitality venue (the ‘4 metre law’).

The bans apply to any ignited smoking product including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, pipes and water-pipes.
